One of Andalucian Park Homes most prized locations for our magnificent wooden homes is a spectacular coastal site overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, Almuñecar.
This coastline, otherwise known as Costa Tropical, boasts some of the most breathtaking coastal scenery that you will find in Spain with spectacular cliff formations interspersed with peaceful, sandy unspoilt coves. This area of coastline is known as Costa Tropical partly due to the abundant tropical fruit trees and greenery which makes this stretch of Spanish coastline unique.

The Site The site itself is situated at the entrance to the coastal town of Almuñecar, off the main road going through the town, with very easy and direct access to the site and within walking distance to the town and beaches. It is an ideal spot of outstanding natural beauty where one can enjoy the amenities of an active coastal resort, the numerous unspoilt beaches, cafes, bars and restaurants as well as all manner of water sports The site itself blends in beautifully with its natural surroundings and each plot is well sized depending on the size of your home. The site is carefully planted with fruit trees typical of the area, mangoes, avocados and custard apples which offer a certain amount of welcome shade from the hot sun. Most of the trees on this site are more than 100 years old and were the first avocado trees to arrive in Europe. The site is in its early stages as a park home and is currently updating its amenities, which consist of a swimming pool, barbeque area, bar and restaurant as well as function rooms where residents can practice communal activities such as yoga and aerobics or for the less active discussion groups and arts and crafts.
