The Site
This is the perfect
spot for people who enjoy taking full advantage of their surroundings.
It offers endless leisure time activities and is set in an
area of outstanding natural beauty. The site owners are dedicated
to maintaining high standards of security and cleanliness
as well as offering residents the opportunity to join in activities
on and off the site. They see the site as an enclave for those

The site itself was newly established
in 2003 and facilities are new and well kept. Each plot is
well sized depending on the size of your home and with the
careful planting of trees and hedges, plots retain a significant
amount of privacy as well as good views of the surrounding
countryside. The cost of these plots is 25€ per square
metre per year.
The site also has a large swimming pool
with plenty of sunbathing space and an adjoining bar and restaurant.
Our Orgiva site has excellent amenities including an amply
supplied supermarket, a laundry, a coffee bar and restaurant
where you can enjoy wholesome, reasonably priced food including
a different menu each day as well as special functions, such
as traditional Spanish holiday meals and social events.
In the evenings you can join in the
fun and get to know people at the on site bar or take a short
stroll into the local village.
The site also offers a number of organised sporting activities,
excursions and an allotment where residents are welcome to
grow their own flowers or vegetables.
There is also an apartment block on site where residents can
house guests.
The site is well connected to
surrounding towns and cities and airports.
Orgiva
is the nearest town, a 10 minute walk
Motril is the
nearest big town and beach, 30 km, 40 minutes by car
Granada the
nearest big city, 50 km, 45mins. by car
Malaga:
75 km. At the moment it takes 2 hours to get from Malaga airport
but with part of the new road opening in February this time
will be cut to less than 1½ hours.
